Centering Prayer Group at St. Thomas
Also called Christian meditation, Centering Prayer is a silent method of becoming more aware of the indwelling presence of God. It asks the practitioner to pray silently for 20 minutes twice a day. Studies of Centering Prayer and other forms of meditation show that the brain is positively transformed by this practice.
Currently, folks from St Thomas are praying via Zoom at two local meetings, one in Temecula at 6:30 on Thursday evening, and one in Murrieta at 4pm Wednesday.
