The applicant understands and agrees to assume all risk for loss, damage, liability injury, cost or expense that may arise during or be caused in any way by such use or occupancy of the facilities of Saint Thomas Episcopal Church. The applicant further agrees that in consideration for acceptance of application, HE/SHE WILL DEFEND, INDEMNIFY AND HOLD THE ST. THOMAS EPISCOPAL CHURCH, ITS AGENTS AND EMPLOYEES, THE SWEETHEART CAR SHOW COMMITTEE HARMLESS FROM ANY LOSS, CLAIMS AND LIABILITY OR DAMAGES AND/OR INJURIES TO PERSONS AND PROPERTY that in anyway may be caused by the applicant’s use or occupancy of the St. Thomas Episcopal Church Complex for the Sweetheart Car Show. Applicant understands that St. Thomas Episcopal Church, its agents and assigns may photograph any and all vehicles and persons entered in the Sweetheart Car Show and may make use of any such photographs and/or images for promotional and other purposes and a limited model and property release is granted for such purpose by entering the Car Show.
