Monthly Women's Gathering

The Women's Ministry meets monthly on the 4th Saturday of every month, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Childcare is always available.  Our next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, November 22nd.  We will be welcoming Elaine Romero, LMFT. Please plan to join us!

Join Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist Elaine M. Romero,LMFT for a heartfelt and insightful talk on how our early life experiences shape the way we love today.

Drawing from the Christian framework in How We Love by Milan and Kay Yerkovich, Elaine will help women explore their own love style. The emotional patterns we formed in childhood that influence how we connect, communicate, and seek safety in relationships.

Through stories, humor, and biblical wisdom, Elaine invites women to reflect on how God can redeem even our deepest relational patterns and grow us toward greater emotional and spiritual security. Together, we’ll uncover how understanding our “love blueprint” brings compassion, healing, and freedom, not only in marriage, but in all areas of connection.

Monthly Women's Gathering

The Women's Ministry meets monthly on the 4th Saturday of every month, from 9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m.  Childcare is always available.  Our next meeting is scheduled for Saturday, October 25th.  We will be welcoming our own Rev. Dorian Mulvey who will be sharing Celtic Spirituality.  Please plan to join us!

Celtic spirituality draws on ancient traditions designed to engage all our senses in prayer and worship. “Thin places” is Celtic term used to describe moments when the boundary between the material world and the spiritual realm is especially permeable. There is a profound sense that the distance between human and divine has been narrowed. The Rev. Dorian Mulvey will share some of the origins and characteristics of Celtic spirituality. We will also engage in a brief Celtic worship service and experiment with a walking meditation.
